Repair & Warranty

All jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for up to a year from delivery date. Repairs will be handled on a case by case basis, so please contact us as soon as possible if you notice a manufacturing defect or you need an item repaired. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Place your jewelry in a safe place to avoid possible damage and apply caution when taking your jewelry on and off. Continuous wear can break down various gemstones & materials over time. We suggest taking off your jewelry before you shower, put on lotion & fragrances, wash dishes, or play in the garden. 

 

We’re happy to say that we stand behind our work and offer repairs for all FJD items even after a year of owning any of our pieces. The gemstones used in FJD jewelry are sometimes one of a kind, so if a stone breaks it may not be able to be replicated. If this is the case, we can discuss a re-build of the piece. Repair costs are determined on a case by case basis, so please reach out to get a quote.
