Returns & Shipping

RETURNS
Jewelry may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 7 days of the date the piece was received. Jewelry must be in the same condition as received and must be returned in it's original FJD packaging. Please send an email through our contact page to request a shipping label for your return, with your name and order number.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom pieces are tailor built to your specifications, therefor they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. A 50% deposit is required and will be charged before the order is placed into production. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a repair/rebuild.
SHIPPING
All shipments are generally processed within 5 business days of your order, shipped with insurance and will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. All FJD Packages are delivered via UPS, USPS, or Fedex with insurance protection. If you prefer a specific method of shipment or specific date shipped/received please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. 
If your purchase is a gift and you would like us to include a gift receipt, a note inside the package or request special wrapping, send us an email through our contact us page with your request, your name and order number.

If an order is sent back to FJD due to an insufficient or incorrect address or due to no answer, the order will be canceled and refunded minus the cost of shipping and a $15 restocking fee. If you would like to have the order reshipped, the customer will have to pay for shipping again and for any further delivery efforts requested by the customer.
